The law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP tops the list of mid-sized companies in the Top Work Places survey by The Detroit Free Press.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI, November 13, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP tops the list of mid-sized companies in the Top Work Places survey by The Detroit Free Press.

The survey ranked Warner Norcross, which has six offices across Michigan, first among mid-size companies in the state. More than 210 companies were nominated for the award, which evaluated career opportunity, compensation and benefits, management, direction, execution and related areas. This is the third year that Warner Norcross has been on the annual list.

Warner Norcross received high marks for offering alternative work arrangements, job sharing, telecommuting, flexible schedule and a compensation system that promotes teamwork. The law firm was also noted for its strong commitment to philanthropy.

Attorneys and staff from each of the law firm's offices were surveyed for the award. Warner Norcross had one of the highest response rates for all businesses surveyed.

Warner Norcross has also been recognized by Crain's Detroit Business as a Cool Place to Work. Offices in Southeast and West Michigan have both been honored repeatedly in the 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For.
