Southfield, Mich.-Based Ciena Healthcare Adds Corporate Executive Chef
Ciena Healthcare, a leading manager and operator of skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities in Michigan and Connecticut, has announced the appointment of Edward Bailey as Corporate Executive Chef.
FARMINGTON HILLS, MI, September 14, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ciena Healthcare, a leading manager and operator of skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities in Michigan and Connecticut, has announced the appointment of Edward Bailey as Corporate Executive Chef. The announcement was made by Mohammad Qazi, president, Ciena Healthcare.
In this newly created position, Bailey will be responsible for culinary operations for all Ciena Healthcare communities, incorporating healthy dietary choices and providing fresh food options.

Prior to joining Ciena Healthcare, Bailey served as Executive Chef for Andiamo Detroit Riverfront. He also has worked for Harbor Beach Resort in Harbor Beach, Michigan as a sous and pastry chef. Bailey currently serves on the Board of Advisors to the Golightly and Breighthaupt Career and Tech Centers in Detroit, a Detroit Public Schools vocational school that Bailey attended, beginning his culinary career.
