Warner Norcross Signs Lease, Prepares to Move its Muskegon Office
The law firm Warner Norcross & Judd LLP has signed a lease with Hinman Lake, LLC and is preparing to move its Muskegon office to Terrace Point.
MUSKEGON, MI, April 01, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The law firm Warner Norcross & Judd LLP has signed a lease with Hinman Lake, LLC and is preparing to move its Muskegon office to Terrace Point.
Build-out work is beginning on the 7,500 square-feet office, which will offer scenic views of Muskegon Lake and downtown Muskegon and offers convenient access to downtown businesses, retail and restaurants. Warner Norcross expects to move into its new space on the third floor of the facility within the next six months.
Warner Norcross established a Muskegon office in 1984 with three attorneys. Since that time, it has grown to 23 legal and support professionals who serve the needs of clients in the greater Lakeshore area. Warner Norcross will be the second tenant to occupy the newly renovated facility, which was once the corporate home of SPX.
