Join us at the first annual Dan Langdon Memorial Run at Eagle Eye Country Club in East Lansing MI on April 11, 2010!


GRAND RAPIDS, MI, March 09, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Dan Langdon Memorial 5K Run/Walk and the "Banjo Dash", a 1 mile run for kids, is a fund raiser for the Dan Langdon Memorial Fund. Dan Langdon passed away on his 36th birthday while running the Detroit Marathon. He has left behind a loving wife, Becky, and three children; Jake, Josh, and Jo-Jo. Dan was a self-employed resdiential builder and cabinet maker. Deadline for early $20 registration is March 16th. All registration's between March,16th and race day are $25.

The East Lansing 5K run will take place at Eagle Eye Golf Club in East Lansing Michigan. The race will include chip technology and will also have a kids 1 mile run. The East Lansing MI 5K run/walk will take place on Sunday April 11th, 2010 and all proceeds will go to the Dan Langdon Memorial Fund.

If you run 5k's, this will be a special race to support an excellent cause. Package pick-up will be Saturday, April 10 from 2-6pm at Playmakers.
