Eastbrook Homes introduces "Why rent, when you can buy?" seminar offering renter's access to home buying knowledge by local experts.
Eastbrook Homes, a Michigan home and community builder, today announced a seminar designed to help make home buying information more accessible to first time home buyers.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI, April 01, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- This seminar will be co-hosted by the experts from Bank of America, one of America's premier banks & lenders and Eastbrook Homes, Michigan's leading Energy Star Builder.
"With the addition of the Government stimulus, for first time home buyers, and historically low interest rates, there is a lot of incentive for those currently renting "to buy now." Eastbrook Homes also has created stimulus programs of its own to make purchasing a home even more attractive. Programs include: an interest rate buy down program to 4.25%, an $8,000 stimulus match program, and a Safety Net Program to assist in lease buyout situations.
