Red Lotus Yoga is taking Yoga Off the Mat.
In these difficult economic times many have been hit hard financially. Red Lotus Yoga is offering students the opportunity to practice yoga and giving at the same time with Donation Only classes.

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI, March 13, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tuesday and Thursdays from 4:15-5:15 you can practice yoga at Red Lotus Yoga and donate any amount of money for the class. 1/2 of the proceeds will go toward one of three charities. Oakland County Lighthouse, Camp Mak-A-Dream and The Mandala Center.

Yoga traditions say our financial success comes from helping others with their finances. This is an opportunity for those hit hard to give to others less fortunate.

Brian Granader, owner of Red Lotus Yoga says "One of the hardest things during stressful times is to have a clear mind to make good decisions. With people so stressed out because of the economy, we are offering classes to those who may not be able to afford classes on a regular basis. We are also offering them the opportunity to de-stress so they can make better decisions about how to get themselves out of any financial difficulties."

The classes are for all levels of experience.

Taking yoga off the mat means practicing yoga in business and life rather than only on the mat.
